The story

In yoga, the body is said to have seven chakras, or energy centres, running from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each has its own colour: red (root), orange (sacral), yellow (solar plexus), green (heart), blue (throat), indigo (third eye) and purple (crown). The Buddha charm stands for peace and a calm, aware mind.
